- General Procurement Notice for Purchase of Security and Operational Vehicles ii. All CAC, PENCOM, and Tax Clearance certificate shall be referred to the Security Agencies Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), National Pension Commission and other relevant bodies for verification; iii. The state House reserves the right to reject any or all the submissions that do not meet the requirements as specified. iv. The state House may cancel the procurement process at any time in line with the provisions of section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007. The bids shall be evaluated based on the requirements, which include but not limited to: i. Verifiable evidence of certificate of registration issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC 1.1; ii. Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December 2022; iii. Evidence of pension clearance certificate valid till 31st December, 2022 iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2022; v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) clearance certificate valid till 31st December, 2022; vi. Evidence of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring 31/12/2022 or valid certificate issued by BPP;
