- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Ifaki Housing Estate, Ado-Road, Ifaki Ekiti . 1. The site, which is slightly L-shaped with a dual carriage road from Ado- Ekiti, is a firm and well drained parcel of land with an approximate area of 11.9 hectares (119,000 square meters). The estate has 42 buildings of 3 bedroom bungalow and 20 units of two terraced one-bedroom apartment, with an average area of 650sqm per plot, and has 173 total plots of land, 62 developed and 57 plots undeveloped. The estate also has the following: place of worship of 3 plots, police post of 1 plot, swampy areas of about 18 plots, bank space of 1 plot, clinic of 2 plots, while 4 plots are for Educational purpose, 10 plots for recreational centre and 3 plots for commercial activities.
