• Tenders are invited for Purchase of Generating Sets. 4. SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS CATEGORY A Prospective bidders are to submit five (5)) hard copies of the pre-qualification documents in sealed envelope and clearly marked as LOT 1 “Purchase of Operational Vehicles” addressed to The Executive Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Plot No 301-302 Cadastral Zone C-O Institution and Research District, Abuja, Nigeria. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Reception of the EFCC Head Office Visitors- Gate not later than 12:00noon, 10 May, 2021 . Only prequalified Companies will be issued Tender Documents. 5. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS CATEGORY B Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Office on 5th Floor Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Plot No 301-302 Cadastral Zone C-O Institution and Research District, Abuja, Nigeria. 6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS CATEGORY B Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, five (5) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Executive Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Plot No 301-302 Cadastral Zone C-O Institution and Research District, Abuja, Nigeria and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at Reception of the Head Office Visitors Gate not later than 12:00noon, Monday 10 May, 2021. 7. OPENING OF BIDS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS CATEGORY A The pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday 10 May 2021 in the Commission-s Meeting Room, Ground Floor, Plot No 301-302 Cadastral Zone C-O Institution and Research District, Abuja, Nigeria EFCC New HQ in presence of two (2) representatives of the private sector professional bodies and Civil Society Organization in the areas of Anticorruption/Transparency, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register at the Reception of the Head Office Visitors Gate as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
