- Tenders are invited for Purchase of Computers 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A, B, C & D) Interested companies are to collect Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Office of the Secretary, Procurement Planning Committee Room 717B, 7th Floor, Audit House, Central Business District, Abuja On evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 per lot paid into the Office of the Auditor General-s Remita account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. Firms interested in Category E will not pay at this stage. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A, B, C & D) Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelopes addressed to the Auditor-General for the Federation, with the above address, and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender Box not later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 28th June, 2022.
