FHI360 Nigeria Country Office is hereby seeking proposal from qualified and interested Travel Management Agency for the provision travel management and Air Ticketing services. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information. The submission of incomplete information could result in the rejection of proposals. Cover letter with registered address, functional email, telephone numbers, and point of contact for the organization. Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission, including form CAC7 & CAC2 Tax Clearance Certificate for 2018, 2019, and 2020. Verifiable list of current clients, including International Non-Government Organization Copy of IATA approvaI. Evidence of registration with Nigeria Tourism Development Corporation. Evidence of Computer Application for reservation/ Ticketing process Reference letter from two (2) previous or existing clients/organization. Financial Proposal SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS Bidders are requested to submit the above documents (Envelope 1) separately from their fees/rates/financial proposal (Envelope 2) for the required service clearly indicating “Provision of Travel Management Services”. All fees must be in Naira (NGN) and signed by authorized representative of the bidding organization.
