Tenders are invited for Provision of Supply Base Services at Onne & Warri Free Trade Zone Ports. The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited hereby announces to interested and prequalified companies an upcoming tendering opportunity for the Provision of Supply Base Services at Onne & Warri. The proposed contracts are estimated to tentatively commence in Q1 of 2022 and remain active for Three (3) Year duration, followed by one (1) year extension option. 2. SCOPE OF WORK The Specific activities to be executed by the contractor include provision of, but not limited to; Integrated end-to-end Supply Base work scope to support operations in Onne & Warri Free Trade Zones includes provision of, but not necessarily limited to: - • Storage and Handling of Cargo • Movement of Cargo • Required infrastructure (i.e., warehouse with cold rooms, open yard, quayside, site office, workshops, accommodation (long & short stay) and . catering, etc. • Receiving & Dispatching • Inventory Management • Transport Planning & Execution • Customs Clearance • Loading and offloading of Supply Vessel, scheduling, mooring • Stevedoring & Pilotage • Agency Services • Equipment Certification: Lifting gears & straps, and provision of certified slings • Demand & Capacity planning to effectively respond to Assets needs and maximise pooling and cost sharing opportunities across all logistics assets and customer base. • Cost shall be based on actual total amount of cargo in metric tons moved, there shall be no volume measurement
