• Tenders are invited for Provision of Services and Quality Assurance and Consultancy Services to Support Exploration, Drilling and Production Operations on OML 148 Company plans to award a contract for the provision of Manpower Supply Services as required for company-s Exploration, Drilling and Production Operations on its OML 148 asset. The scope of work includes provision of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled personnel for Enageed-s Exploration & Production activities. Interested Bidders must be able to provide services in compliance with relevant Regulatory Requirements and in line with company specifications. Below are the lists of services required with their respective NJQS Product/Service Categories: 1. Man Power Services - 3.9918, 3.9919 2. Quality Assurance and Consultancy services 3.02.2 Note: The detail scope of work with the full technical requirement and specifications will be communicated to bidders through the ITT. MANDATORY TENDER REQUIREMENTS a. To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested bidders are required to be pre-qualified in the 3.9918, 3.9919 & 3.03.01 in NipeX Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified suppliers in this category by the bid close date will receive invitation to the Technical Tender (ITT) b. Please note that interested bidders including their sub-contractor(s) shall be required to: i. Meet all NJQS mandatory requirements to be listed as “PREQUALIFIED” for a category in the NQS database. ii. Meet all Nigerian Content requirements stated in this advert in their responses to the Invitation to Technical Tender c. To determine if you are pre-qualified and view the product/service category you are listed for: Open www.nipexng.com and access NJQS with your log in details. Click on continue Joint Qualification Scheme tool, click check my supplier status and click supplier product group. d. If you are not listed in a product/service category but you are registered with DPR to do business, contact Nipex office at 30, Oyinkan Abayomi drive, Ikoyi Lagos with your DPR certificates as evidence for necessary update. e. To initiate and complete the JQS prequalification form, make necessary payments and contact Nipex office for further action. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION i. Suppliers eligible for this tender opportunity are expected to be prequalified in NJQS under this product/service category ii. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) and any further progression of this tender shall be via Nipex. iii. All cost incurred in preparing and processing NJQS preparing and processing NJQS prequalification shall be to the contractors accounts iv. Meet the requirement of Surveyors Registration Council of Nigeria (SURCON) for survey activities in Nigeria v. This advertisement shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of Enageed Resource Limited to award any contract to any company and or associated companies, sub-contractors or agents, nor shall it entitle prequalified companies to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from Engageed Resources Limited and or any of its partners by virture of such companies having been prequalified in NJQS. vi. Enageed Resource Limited will communicate with authorized officers of the pre-qualifying companies and NOT through individuals or Agents. vii. Contract shall be awarded equally to five (5) technically qualified bidders at the lowest bidder-s price. Three (3) of these bidders shall provide skilled personnel while the other two (2) bidders shall provide semi-skilled and unskilled personnel. All bids must satisfy minimum NCDMB targets to be considered for award. viii. Contract expected primary terms in two (2) years with one (1) option ix. Currency split to be 100% Naira.
