- Tenders are invited for Tender Opportunity: Call-Off Contract for Provision of Seismic Acquisition Supervision Services 2. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF MINIMUM WORK SCOPE AND SPECIFICATIONS Successful suppliers shall provide competent and experienced personnel and state-of-the-art hardware and software, where relevant, for HSE monitoring and supervising, quality control, and assurance of seismic data, communications, and reporting during seismic limited to the following personnel: • Geophysical Acquisition Coordinator (GAC) • HSE Supervisor • Seismic QC • Navigation/Positioning QC • 4D In-Field Acquisition Specialist • Technical & HSE Auditor • Marine Mammal Observer (MMO) • Passive Acoustic Monitoring Operator (PAMO) • Junior HSE Rep • Junior Seismic/Navigation 3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS a. To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested suppliers are required to be pre-qualified in the 3.10.16, Seismic Data Management Category in the Nipex Joint Qualification (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified suppliers in this category will receive an Invitation to sumbit a Technical Tender for the above SERVICES. b. To determine if you are pre-qualified and view product/service category you are listed for, open http://vendors.nipex-ng.com and NJQS with your login details, then follow the instructions onwards. c. If you are not listed in a product/service category and you are registered with the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) to carry out business in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, contact the NipeX administration office at 8 Bayo Kuku Street, Ikoyi, Lagos with your NUPRC certificate as evidence for necessary update d. To initiate the JQS prequalification process, access http://nipex-ng.com to download the application form, make necessary payments and contact NipeX office for further action. e. To be eligible, all tenders must comply with the requirements of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act, 2010.
