Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Security Apparatus i.e Cctv Camera Monitoring Gadgets, Security Alarm and Training of Personnel COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT Interested companies are to collect the bidding document from the procurement department of the institute on evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N10, 000.00 for Goods, works and Consultancy per lot paid into Michael Imoudu National Institute for Labour Studies Remita Account in any commercial bank SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Completed bidding documents consisting of technical and financial bids should be in separate sealed envelopes and marked “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope address to: The Director-General, Michael Imoudu National Institute for Labour Studies, Km 7. Ajase-Ipo road, PMB 1524 Ilorin, Kwara State indicating the contract name and lot. Bids are to be dropped in the tender box placed at the D-G-s secretary-s office. OPENING OF BID All tenders must be submitted on or before 12 Noon, 22nd August, 2022. Bids will be opened after the deadline at the Institutes Auditorium Km 7, Ajase-Ipo Road, Ilorin. Bidders or their representative are expected to be in attendance.
