Tenders are invited for Provision of Reliable High-Speed Internet Access via Optical Fiber to the University Campuses Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Procurement Office Annex Room C127, First Floor Central Administration, Main Campus Abuja on the evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 paid into the University of Abuja-s Remita Account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. ii.Bidders are to submit completed bids for the project in two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Technical Bid and “Financial Bid” as appropriate. The reverse side of the envelopes should bear the project name, lot number, name and address of the bidder. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes are to be placed together in a bigger envelope, sealed and addressed to The Vice-Chancellor, University of Abuja, Abuja, FCT. The envelopes are to be marked boldly and clearly at the top left corner “Bid for Provision of High Speed Internet Access via Optical Fiber to the University Campuses. iii.The envelopes are to be deposited in the Tender Box labelled “B” located at the reception hall of the University Senate Building, Main Campus, Airport Road not later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday 8th December 2020 Bidders should ensure that their submission(4) are appropriately logged and signed and that they obtain Bid Submission Receipts) at the Venue, The University of Abuja shall not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 4.OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on 8th December, 2020 in the reception hall of the Senate Building, University Main Campus Airport Road, Abuja enquiries, please contact the Procurement Unit on procurement@uniabuja.edu.ng
