Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Private Security Guards Services for Faan Headquarters and Other Designated Areas under Faan 2022 Igr Budget 2. SCOPE OF WORK The scope shall cover the following: 1. The provision of security guards and logistics to enhance security of the Authority-s staff quarters at Zone A,B,C,D, transit camp area, Domestic terminal of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja and premises of the Directorate of Aviation Security services 2. The provision of security Guards and logistics to enhance security of federal airports authority headquarters building at Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja and Lagos 3. Creation of security awareness in all the premises and addressing the security lapses within the designated areas; 4. Ensuring the manning of all strategic points as may be directed by Authority-s Director of Aviation Security Services or his authorized representatives 5. Provision of twenty-four (24) hours security guarding covering the premises and ensure regular patrols/surveillance check of the premises 6. Submission of periodic reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis detailing its operations, observations and recommendations SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS • The documents are to be submitted in soft copy (flash drive) and two (2) hard copies (one original and one copy) in A4 paper size and neatly bound. The document should be arranged in the order listed above and clearly separated by dividers • The documents must be sealed in an envelope and the Project Name and Lot number must clearly written at the top left corner of the envelope • All documents must be submitted to the office of The General Manager (Procurement), FAAN Headquarters, Ikeja - Lagos, 8:30 am and to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday • Contacts: Phone No. 08033011334 or 08034706549 (available within the hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday), Email Address: procurement@faannigeria.org • Submission of expression of interest documents shall close at exactly 11:30 am on Monday, 19th September 2022. 4.
