Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Pipeline Security Services on the 16″ X 36 Km Opuama Otumara Crude Oil Export Pipeline, Opuama Flowlines and Wellheads in Oml 40. Scope of Work (include but not limited to the understated) 1. Security Services: Provision of Security Services for the 16”x 36Km Opuama - Otumara Crude Oil Export Pipeline, Opuama 12strings x 1.2KM Flowlines and 9 Nos Wellheads in Opuama Field in OML 40. 2. Security Infrastructure: Provision of Marine Security Services for the entire length of the 36Km pipeline, including associated manifold and LACT Unit. 3. Host Community Engagement: Host Communities engagement in the provision of personnel and services including Surveillance teams and community liaison officers, Medical retainership, and regular engagement with host communities in form of meetings, intelligence gathering and report of attempted infractions. 4. Logistics and other Support Services. 5. Other incidental indicative cost.
