• Tenders are invited for Provision of Permanent Downhole Monitoring System for NAOC JV Land and Swamp Locations The company requires the services of a specialized CONTRACTOR able to carry out the following services for the provision of Permanent Downhole Monitoring System for NAOC JV in land swamp areas. The Permanent Downhole Monitoring service includes the following stages: • Co-operation with completion service COMPANY to define permanent downhole gauge equipment characteristics (planning phase) in case of highly deviated well with high dog log severity in cased hole operations; • Data acquisition and transmission • Setting and recovery of cableless telemetry system • Tubing installed permanent downhole gauges • Installation of surface facility • Provide real time permanent downhole monitoring of reservoir condition • Acquiring and interpreting field data • Preparing a final job report with remarks and assessment of the work carried out and an indication of whether the targets set by the program have been reached or not. The permanent downhole monitoring application is run with or through wide range of different completion types for 2-3/8”-7 tubing sizes in vertical, deviated and horizontal wells Failure to meet any of these requirements shall lead to outright disqualification. CONTRACTOR shall conform to ISO 9000 series International Standard. All the activities shall be carried out with minimum impact on the environment and maximum care of health and safety of all concerned, directly or indirectly, with activities.
