• Tenders are invited for Provision of Permanent Downhole Gauges Data Retrieval and Maintenance Services The scope of work shall involve the provision of specifications for the data retrieval from existing permanent down hole gauges, the equipment and services to repair or replace the surface power supply, the equipment and services to repair or replace the surface acquisition equipment, the equipment and service to maintain existing surface permanent down hole gauges (PDHG) equipment, and other related consumables Goods and services for permanent down hole gauges data retrieval and maintenance service. Equipment will include: Down hole pressure and temperature gauges system, the equipment to power the gauges, the equipment to acquire/record the gauge data, electrical conductor, cable clamps, solar panels/battery packs and portable acquisition units (PAU). Suppliers must own equipment or have MOU with OEM Company-s completions will utilize DHPT gauges to determine the down hole pressure and temperature conditions of the wellbore. The DHPT gauge will be placed approximately 30 ft above the production packer in the completion string. The permanent gauge will be housed inside an offset pocket of the DHPT gauge mandrel. An electrical conductor, house in a ¼ conduit encapsulated in a crush resistant polymer sheath will transmit telemetry from the gauge. Cable clamps will support the cable and enhance crush resistance. Mandatory Requirements: A. To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested Tenderers are required to be prequalified and have LIVE status in the 3.15.04 (Well Services) categories in NipeX Joint Qualification Scheme (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified suppliers in this category will receive Invitation to Tender (ITT). B. To be eligible, all tenders must comply with the Nigerian Content requirements in the Nipex system.
