• Tenders are invited for Provision of Onshore Drilling Services for Sterling Operating PSC Blocks OML 143, OML 146, OPL 2005, OPL 2006 & OPL 2004 (A) Provision of Mud Engineering Services (Tender No. 1000004705) CATEGORY: 3.01.15 (Mud Engineering Services) Bidder shall provide Mud Engineering Services, provide all requisite mud chemicals for water and synthetic oil-based mud systems, and relevant additives for drilling and completion of the wells. Mud Engineering Services shall be in accordance with the modern mud systems and Bidder should be capable of providing design, development, and implementation of same. Bidder should be able to provide liquid mud plants and sufficient stocks of mud chemicals in country. (B) Provision of Coil Tubing and Nitrogen Simulation Services (Tender No. 1000004710) CATEGORY: 3.04.18 (Well Overhauling / Simulation Services) Bidder shall supply equipment, personnel, and services to perform Coil Tubing Operations, Nitrogen, and Simulation in live gas and oil wells. Bidder shall supply the equipment including but not limited to Coil tubing, power packs, control cabin, guide arch, injection head, Coiled tubing BOP (Quad), High-pressure pumping units, data acquisition system, coiled tubing accessories like motors, connector, jets, mills, Nitrogen storage tanks, supply of Nitrogen, Nitrogen pumping unit etc., (C) Provision of Downhole Tools and Fishing Services (Tender No. 1000004715) CATEGORY: 3.04.11 (Fishing/Wireline Fishing Services) & 1.01.06 (Fishing and Repair Tools (Drilling)) Providing drilling and fishing tools, services, and qualified personal for vertical, deviated sidetracked and / or horizontal wells: • Complete set of drilling equipment i.e. drilling jars, accelerator, stabilizers, etc with requite cross-overs. • Complete set of downhole fishing equipment for drilling and completion operations. (D) Provision of DST/TCP Services (Tender No. 1000004717) CATEGORY: 03.04.26 (Drill Stem Testing) & 03.04.27 (Perforation Services) The Scope of Services shall be to carry out DSTI TCP job in a single or more zones: • Design, and Develop programme for DST & TCP, supervise and execute DST ITCP jobs • Provision for tools and equipments including but not limited to Retrievable packers. Circulating valves, Tester Valves, jar, safety joint, RA marker sub Pressure and Temperature recorders, crossovers, pup joints and any other parts and materials required to perform DST jobs. • Provision for tools and equipments including but not limited to Tubing Conveyed Perforation (TCP) tools, TCP guns. Mechanical & Hydraulic Firing head, charges for the guns. Mandatory: • To be eligible for this tender exercise, only interested Bidders are required to be pre-qualified in the Product Service Category (as mentioned against tender under SI. Following a technical review, only technically qualified contractors will be requested to submit commercial tenders. • STERLING / NNPC reserve the right to reject any and or all pre-qualified supplier at its sole discretion and at no cost whatsoever. • STERLING will communicate only with authorized officers of the pre- qualifying companies and NOT through individuals or agents.
