Procurement of IT Infrastructure. B. Delivery and Documentation as Requirements C. Technology Refresh and Future-Proofing D. Procurement of Equipment-Related Licenses E. Procurement and Maintenance of End-User Devices and Servers F. Maintenance and Support Services G. Service Level Agreement Compliance H. Reporting and Documentation I. Logistics and Installation Services J. Environmental and Safety Compliance MANDATORY TENDER REQUIREMENTS: A.
