Tenders are invited for Provision of Installation of Solar Street Light in Ilesha Constituency in Osun State Collection of Financial Bidding Documents Bidding Documents will be Available for Collection by Interested Bidders at each Procuring Entity-S Office upon Presentation of Evidence of Payment of N10,000.00 Non-Refundable Tenders Fees Per Lot, Paid into the Institute of Agricultural Research and Training-S Remita-S Account Code 1000261220 of the Institute as Shown in the Table in Paragraph 5 below. 5. Submission of Technical and Financial Bids Interested and Qualified Bidders are to Submit One Hard Copy of the Technical Bid Documents in a Separate Sealed Envelope with the Inscription “Technical Bid for the Project Title” and Two Hard Copies of the Financial Bidding Documents (One Original, One Photocopy) in a Separate Sealed Envelope with Inscription “Financial Bid for the Project Title” While the Two Envelopes shall be Sealed in a Bigger Third Envelope with Inscription “Technical and Financial Bid for the Project Title” shall be Delivered on or before 12:00 Noon on Monday, 5th September, 2022. Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at12:00 noon on Monday 5 September, 2022at the Prof. E.A Adebowale Training Hall. IAR&T, while the financial bids of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned un-opened. Bidders are to sign the Bid Submission Register in the Procurement Office, 2 Floor Crescent Building.
