Description:
Quotation are invited for Provision of Hostel Accommodation Services for Trainees in 2022/2023. A. Hostel Accommodation The Hostel Accommodation should have the following Facilities but not Limited to 1. Property must not be More than 1km from the Trainee Center 2. Accommodate Approximately 70 Students at a Time 3. Provision of 24 Hours Power and Water Supply including Space for Laundry Services 4. Must be Able to Provide Canteen Services for Trainees, Lunch and Dinner 5. Accommodation must have Common Room Area. Tvs, Electrical Points, be Fitted with Refrigerators, Pressing Irons and Boards, Microwaves with Good Kitchen Cabinets. 6. Building must have Proper Drainage, Sewage System and Waste Disposal Services. 7. The Building should have Proper Safety Measures, Muster Point and Fire Extinguisher etc 8. The Property must have Adequate Privacy and Security. 9. Provisions of 24hours Security Guards and Proper Security Systems e.g Cctv and Electric Fence. B. Pre-Qualification Interested Bidders should Provide the following Documents with Their Sealed Tender 1. Company Profile/Letter of Introduction 2. Certificated of Incorporation/Evidence of Cac Registration 3. Tax Clearance Certificate Covering at Least Two Years Preceding the Current Year 4. Vat Registration Certificate and Evidence of Payment 5. Evidence of Provision of Similar Services to Other Clients 6. Bank Reference Letter Stating Capacity to Provide Such Services
