- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALUNDP Nigeria Country Office is seeking to contract the services of a reputable and experienced service provider to undertake Gardening, Landscaping and External Cleaning services at UN House Abuja on behalf of UN Agencies, Funds and Programmes in Nigeria including but not limited to UNDP, UNDSS, UNICEF, UNFPA, FAO, UN Women, UNAIDS, UNESCO, WMO, UNIDO, UNIC, WHO, UNODC, ILO, UN RCO, UNHABITAT & WIPO. The selected company will be required to ensure and maintain a high level of cleanliness of all external areas and well kempt & manicured lawns within UN House Abuja premises, through application of methods/techniques and use of environmentally friendly products, which are designed to avert or reduce any adverse impact on the environment. The contract is proposed on a Long-Term Agreement Modality (LTA) for an initial period of one year (1) renewable twice up to three years in total. The LTA is subject to a 6-month probatory period.
