- The United Nations House in Abuja Nigeria is seeking to contract a high qualified professional company to provide package services including cleaning, building maintenance, reception and gardening services include but not limited to UNDP, UNDSS, UNICEF, UNFPA, FAO, UN Women, UNAIDS, UNESCO, UNIDO, UNIC, WHO, UNODC, ILO, UN RCO, UNHABITAT & WIPO. The selected company will be required to ensure and maintain a high level of cleanliness of all UN premises, through application of methods/techniques, and use of environmentally friendly products, which are designed to reduce the impact on the environment.The resultant contract will be signed between the selected company (hereinafter known as the Service Provider) and United Nations Development Programme Nigeria (hereinafter known as the lead Agency). The contract is proposed on a Long-Term Agreement Modality (LTA) for an initial period of one year (1) renewable twice up to three years in total. The LTA is subject to a 6-month probatory period.
