Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Drill Stem Testing and Turbing Conveyed Perforation Services for Nnpc/First Ep Jv Operations The scope of work is as follows: 1. The bidders shall provide at their own expense, COVID-free certified and ready personnel for offshore operations 2. Provision of Tubing Conveyed Perforation (TCP) and Drill Stem Testing (DST) systems for a shoot and pull TCP systems for 7” to 9 5/8” casing sizes 3. Provide as a minimum the following TCP equipment i. Gun Carrier, deep penetrating and big hole gravel pack charges, safety gun spacer, bull plug, swivel sub, mechanical and hydraulic firing systems, fill disc/debris sub, under balance, sliding sleeve vent, mechanical set packer, pressure transfer sub, safety joint, hydraulic jars, annulus operated valve, reversing valve, radioactive marker ii. Gauge carrier and Pressure / Temperature memory gauges, surface shot detection, master valves, flow tee, detonating bars with rollers and retrieving tool, circulation /test manifold 4. The DST services shall consist of the following but not limited to: i. Provision of various sizes of retrievable downhole sampler carriers, rupture disk and tubing fill valves ii. Assistance with the planning of DST work and HAZOP (Hazard and Operability studies) iii. Provision of surface test tree with manual valves, hydraulic actuator, swivel, check valve emergency shutdown system, high accuracy and high-resolution gauges, surface readout equipment etc 5. Bidder shall provide any equipment specific fishing tools, accessories, and spare parts necessary to recover his own down hole equipment and shall ensure that a suitable fishing tool is continuously available on site including the fishing diagrams for any down-hole tools to be run by BIDDER in a well. 6. Provision of all necessary consumables, tools and experienced personnel necessary to satisfactorily perform the above services Only tenderers who are pre-qualified with NIQS Product code 1.01.05-Cementing Equipment and Line Hanger systems 3.04.26 - Drilling Stem Testing Services and 3.04.27 - Perforation Services as of 16:00hrs on 26th August 2022 being the advert close time shall be invited to submit both Technical and Commercial Bids.
