Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Computer, Repairs, and Maintenance Services Interested and suitably qualified suppliers, contractors, and service providers are encouraged to meet the selection criteria. 1. Evidence of company registration 2. Evidence of tax payment/certificate 3. LPO/Contract relating to works performed in the last 2 years 4. Company profile 5. Company account details 6. Financial statement (if any) 7. Reference letter from the company bank Locations to provide services: • Please give the number of JRS office location(s) in which your organization/company will be providing services • Provide documentation for any of the procurement line(s) you are interested in providing the service. Courts actions Are any court actions outstanding against your organizations? If so, please give details: Past Experiences Please provide details of relevant contracts you have been awarded for the provision of services or goods similar to those applied for in the past 2 years. All documents must be put inside an envelope, write the reference number and the category of supplies on the back of the envelope and submit at JRS country office, No. 13 Alfayyum street Wuse zone 3, Abuja on or before 4pm on Tuesday 15th November 2022.
