Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Cementing and Pressure Pumping Services for Nnpc/First Ep Jv Operations The scope of work is as follows: 1. The bidders shall provide at their own expense, COVID-free certified and ready personnel for offshore operations 2. Bidders shall provide cementing and pressure pumping services for wells to be drilled and completed in unconsolidated formations as outlined below, but not limited to the following: I. Provision of cementing services for the following hole and casing sizes, 16”, 12 ¼, 8 ½, and 6 holes sizes using 5” (or 5 - ½) and 3-1/2 drill pipe. The following casing sizes of 13 3/8, 9 5/8” and 7” are planned to be used II. Provision of cement pump unit that will be installed on a jack up drilling • System shall be capable of pumping a 16.0 Ib/gal cement slurry at 8 bbl/min • System shall be capable of performing surface, and down hole low and high-pressure test including but not limited to BOPs, valves, choke and kill manifolds, casing, formation integrity etc. • System shall include a cement unit with dual, triplex pumps III. Provision of twin 50 bbl batch, 13-3/8, 9-5/8” & 7 - cementing head and circulation swage IV. Make available cementing chemicals and additives for gas and oil wells V. Provision of cementing simulations using applicable software, preparation of cementing design and cementing program, including centralizer placement requirements. Only tenderers who are pre-qualified with NIQS Product code 1.01.05-Cementing Equipment and Line Hanger systems 2.07.10 - Cementing and Associated Additives and 3.04.03 - Cementing Services, Cement Engineering as of 16:00hrs on 26th August 2022 being the advert close time shall be invited to submit both Technical and Commercial Bids.
