- Request for proposals are invited for Provision and Deployment of Advance Metering Infrastructure (Ami) System and Procurement of Meter Vendor Financing Date Added: March 28, 2024 Deadline: 12/04/2024 Category: General Supplies & Services REQUIREMENTS/ELIGIBILITY a. Specifically, applicants for any of the lots as stated above should include 3 hard copies of their offer in line with requirements of this RFP, clearly stating the project proposed. b. All other requirements and bidding instruction shall be found in the bidding documents. c. The proposal shall be submitted in 2 (two) parts one marked “Technical Proposal and the other marked “Financial Proposal”. d. Submission of the requirements above should be clearly labeled as “Submission of Proposal for Meter Vendor Financing” and/or “Submission of Proposal for Provision of AMI” as the case may be. This is a prerequisite for onward collection and processing of the bidding documents. It must be boldly addressed and delivered to the following on or before 12th April, 2024 at 17:00hours
