Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of 2024 Insurance Services The scope of work will include but not limited to the provision of 2024 insurance services for the following: • NAOC Energy Operational Insurance (Property Damage, Operator-s Extra Expense Third-Party Liability) and IPP Okpai Phase l. • Naira Policies- Employer-s Liability/Group Life Assurance, Group Personal Accident, Comprehensive Motor Insurance, Travel Health Insurance and Marine open cover. For Operational Insurance and General Third-Party Liability Insurance Policies - The Insurers shall retain minimum 70% of the risk in Nigeria and re-insure the excess capacity with leading foreign underwriters. The Lead Insurer will liaise with the appointed re- insurance Broker for the purpose of re-insurance. Naira Operational Insurance Policies - The Insurers shall provide comprehensive cover for all classes of Insurance and retain 100% percentage of the risks in Nigeria. The Lead Insurer will handle policy and claims administration. Only tenderers who are registered and active (LIVE status) with NIQS in the Life, Non- Life and Employee Liability Categories: (3.14.05, 3.14.07 and 3.14.09) as at the closing date of this advert by 16.00 hrs (WAT) on 15th August, 2023 shall be invited to submit Technical Bids.
