Tenders are invited for Procurement/Installation of Computerised Heat Treatment Furnace COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested contractors/suppliers are to obtain Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Unit, Nation Metallurgical Development Centre (NMDC), Jos on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 ofay per LOT paid into the National Metallurgies Development Centra-s Rermita Account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Completed Technical and Financial Bid (Two sets of hardcopies) shall be submitted in two (2) separate sealed envelopes. The two envelopes should be enclosed in a large envelope labeled “Technical” and “Financial” with the project name and Lot number on the top right-hand turner with company-s name behind and addressed to the Director General/Chief Executive, NMDC, Jos. All documents must be dropped in the tender box not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 27 June, 2022. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Monday, 27 June, 2022 in the Centre-s Conference hall, in the presence of bidders or their representatives
