Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Procurement of Water and Sanitation Facilities at Various Locations across the State i.Construction of hand pumps boreholes in communities, schools, health facilities and public locations. ii.Construction of solar-powered motorized boreholes in communities, schools and health facilities and public areas. iii.Construction of VIP in schools, health facilities and public areas. PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST i.Duly compiled and signed Expression of interest shall be submitted in one (1) electronic copy (compact disc) and 3 hard copies (Original, Duplicate and Control copies). ii.The electronic copy and two (2) hard copies (Original and Duplicate) shall be placed in one sealed envelope while the Control copy shall be in a separate sealed envelope marked at the top right-hand side as ‘Control Copy-. iii.All envelopes must bear the name and contact number of firms at the rear side while the “Project Description” (as captured in item 2) clearly marked at the top left-hand corner of the envelope and addressed to: The Director General Kaduna State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency No. 1 Ali Akilu Road, kaduna iv.The submission shall be made not later than 12:00 noon on or before 25″ November 2020 OPENING OF BIDS The Expression of Interest, documents received shall be opened immediately after the close of receipt of bids in the presence of the representatives of the bidders at: The Conference Room Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency, No. 3 Sokoto Road, Kaduna.
