Tenders are invited for Procurement of Utility Vehicle COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Director, Physical Planning, Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji on evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of 10,000.00 paid into the Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji remita account in any commercial bank, (click on others on the list of service charges to generate RRR). Include evidence of the receipt of payment as issued by the Bursary Department in the Tender documents. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Completed technical and financial bids shall be submitted in two hard copies in two different sealed envelopes and labeled “TECHNICAL” AND/OR “FINANCIAL” respectively, lot number should be indicated on top right hand corner of each envelope and enclosed in the third envelopes on which the Project and Lot Number should also be indicated. The company name and address (including GSM No) should reflect on the reverse side. The envelope should be addressed to: THE REGISTRAR, THE FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC. ILE-OLUJI PMB 727, ILE-OLUJI, ONDO STATE. Bids shall be submitted at the office of the registrar, Administrative Block, Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, Ondo State. The closing date for submission of all bids shall be on or before 12:00 noon, Tuesday 11th May 2021. Any submission made thereafter will be rejected (returned un-opened). OPENING OF BIDS Only the Technical bid will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Tuesday 11th May 2021, at the Auditorium “B” Permanent Site Federal Polytechnic Ile-Oluji, while the Financial Bids will be kept un-opened. Only firms whose Technical submissions meet the stipulated minimum requirements would have their financial bid opened at a later date.
