Tenders are invited for Procurement/ Supply of 672 HDF Pupils- Dual Desk (Riverine) at Selected Schools across the State All tenders must be accompanied by the following; (i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission; (ii) Evidence of Registration with the Delta State Government; (iii) DSIR Card (iv) Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, Utilities bill etc.; (v) Evidence of Payment of N25,000.00 Tender fee for Construction of Hand Pump/Toilet Projects, N45,000.00 for Construction/Renovation of Classrooms/ Block Wall Fence projects and N60,000.00 for Procurement/Supply of Dual Desk Projects. (vi) Evidence of Professional/Technical qualification; (vii) Evidence of financial capability (Bank Statement and Audited Accounts for last 3 years); (viii) Evidence of previous similar jobs successfully executed; (ix) Memorandum/Articles of Association where applicable; (x) Evidence of payment of a non-refundable deposit of N40,000.00 for the project in bank Draft in favour of State Universal Basic Education Board, Asaba for processing and technical analysis of tender documents.
