Prequalifications are invited for Procurement of Server Dell Power Edge t40 Server Intel Quad Core E-2224g 3.5hz ø Installation: Installation of Linux and Koha Configuration and Optimization of Mysol Database Server Apache Webserver, Configuration and Customization of Koha Online Public Access (Opac) Interface ø Training; Three (3) Days Training of 5nos Library/Ict Staff on Koha Integrated Library Management System ø Networking; Library for Koha System (Switch Access Point/Routers, Networking Cables and Connectors COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Bidders are to pick the Financial tender/bid documents from the College-s TETfund Office between 8.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m. on payment of non-refundable tender fee of Ten thousand naira (N10.000.00) only payable to Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun, in bank draft and obtain a receipt from the Bursary Department of the College. 5.0 VERIFICATION OF CLAIMS Please note that Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun reserves the right to verify claims made in the technical bid documents submitted by the interested contractors. 6.0 SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Completed pre-qualification and financial bid documents must be in two (2) separate envelopes each appropriately labelled; Technical Bids for TETFund 2019 Library Intervention Project sealed and put in larger third envelope for submission and addressed to Bursar and Tender Board Secretary, Osun State College of Education, Ila-Oragun The tender document must be submitted to: The College TETfund Office, Osun State College of Education, Ila-Oragun, not later than Monday 11, July, 2022 by 12noon. The Opening of both technical and Financial Bids will be at the Council Chamber of the College in the presence of bidders/representatives. The Pre-qualified Companies shall be invited for opening of Financial Bids at a later date
