Tenders are invited for Procurement of Research and Laboratory Equipment, Furniture/Fittings for Offices in Frin/ Outstations REMITA-S ACCOUNT Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria, Ibadan-s Remita-s Account 4.0 COLLECTION OF FINANCIAL BIDDING DOCUMENTS Bidding documents will be available for collection by interested bidders at each procuring entity-s Office upon presentation of evidence of payment of N10,000.00 non-refundable tenders fees per Lot, paid into the Remita-s account of each procuring entity as shown in the table in paragraph 5 below. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS Interested and qualified bidders are to submit One hard copy of the technical bid documents m a separate sealed envelope with inscription “Technical Bid for the project title” and Two hard copies of the Financial Bidding documents (one original, one photocopy) in a separate sealed envelope with inscription “Financial Bid for the project title” while the two envelopes shall be sealed in a bigger third envelope with Inscription “Technical and Financial Bid for the project title” shall be delivered on or before 12:00 noon on Monday 21 March, 2022. The bid should be addressed and submitted to: 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 21 March, 2022 at the various Colleges, while the financial bids of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned un-opened
