• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Procurement of Rapid Test Kits for Hiv/Aids, Hepatitis B and Syphilis. Payment of non-refundable sum of N30,000 in the Account Name: Ministry of Health and Human Services with Account No: 1011718779 Zenith Bank Interested Bidders Must Meet The Following Conditions. • Shall be incorporated in Nigeria and have all the legal requirements to operate in the country: - including registration with relevant bodies • Must have capability to commence work without advance payment to the satisfaction of the client but in the event of the advance payment, successful bidders will be required to present advance payment guaranty/Bond from reputable banks. • Present reference letter from their banks. • Shall have Certificate of completion of the execution of similar projects for the past five (5) years (2016 to date). • Bidding document are to be obtained on the E- procurement Portal Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (https://sass.biddingo.com/adsbpp ) after payment of non-refundable sum of N30,000 in the Account Name: Ministry of Health and Human Services with Account No: 1011718779 Zenith Bank . • Bidders that have already paid for the bidding document in the previous tender are exempted from paying but will have to attach evidence of previous payment. • All submission in respect of the advert shall be in English language and evidence of payment for Tender must be attached or bidding document won-t be regarded. • Bidders are to provide Certificate of registration with the following:- • Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) 2021. • ITF 2021 • PENCOM 2021 • NSITF 2021 • FIRS Tax Clearance 2021 • Provide last three years audited report from a registered chartered Accountant (2018, 2019 & 2020) • Bid must be duly signed Bidders Are Advised to:- • Inspect the project site, the scope of work, bills of quantity and drawings accompanying it to avoid discrepancies. • Note that the process is not bound to consider the lowest tender. • Submit their work plan and methodology. • Present an outline of environmental, social, health and safety plan. • All tender to be submitted online on the E-procurement Platform (https://sass.bidding.com/adsbpp ). All Tenders should be submitted on or before 1:00pm on 2 December, 2021. • Bidders can seek for clarification at Procurement department, Adamawa State Ministry of Health and Human Services or call the following numbers: 07034389462, 09067710595 on or before 29 November, 2021. 4. Bid opening Bid opening will take place on 2/12/2021 at 1:00pm local time in the Procurement Office of the State Ministry of Health and Human Services, State Secretariat Complex Yola. The process will be conducted strictly in line with the state guideline on the conduct of Public Procurement during the period of COVID-19 pandemic issued by Adamawa State BPP.
