Tenders are invited for Procurement of Radiology Equipment. 1 500ma Hf General Purpose Conventional Radiography Machine +Ups (Ecoray) 2 Digital Radiography System Rat Panel Detector + Ups(Icrro) Collection of Tender Document Collect the Tender Documents for the Particular Contract being Bided for from the Procurement Dept. Upon Payment of Non-Refundable Tender Fee of Ten Thousand Naira (n10,000.00) only through Remita Platform in Favour of Federal Medical Centre, Yola and Obtain Official Receipt from the Finance Department. Submission of Tender Documents Completed Technical and Financial Bids should be Submitted in Two (2) Different Sealed Envelopes and Labelled Technical Bids” and --Financial Bids” Respectively. The Two (2) Envelopes should be Enclosed in a Larger Envelope and Marked ‘Contract for ……… Lot… at the Left Hand Corner of the Envelope and Addressed to the Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre P. M. B. 2017, Yola, Adamawa State, not Later than 12noon Six (6) Weeks from the Date of this Advert (2 December, 2020). The Sealed Envelopes should be Deposited in Tamper Proof Box in the Board Room, Office of the Medical Director.
