Tenders are invited for Procurement of Nutrition Quality Control and Standardization Equipment/ Furniture Collection of Financial Bidding Documents Bidding Documents will be Available for Collection by Interested Bidders at each Procuring Entity-S Office upon Presentation of Evidence of Payment of n10,000.00 Non-Refundable Tenders Fees Per Lot, Paid into the Institute of Agricultural Research and Training-S Remita-S Account Code 1000261220 of the Institute as Shown in the Table in Paragraph 5 below. 5. Submission of Technical and Financial Bids Interested and Qualified Bidders are to Submit One Hard Copy of the Technical Bid Documents in a Separate Sealed Envelope with the Inscription “Technical Bid for the Project Title” and Two Hard Copies of the Financial Bidding Documents (One Original, One Photocopy) in a Separate Sealed Envelope with Inscription “Financial Bid for the Project Title” While the Two Envelopes shall be Sealed in a Bigger Third Envelope with Inscription “Technical and Financial Bid for the Project Title” shall be Delivered on or before 12:00 Noon on Monday, 5th September, 2022. Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at12:00 noon on Monday 5 September, 2022at the Prof. E.A Adebowale Training Hall. IAR&T, while the financial bids of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned un-opened. Bidders are to sign the Bid Submission Register in the Procurement Office, 2 Floor Crescent Building.
