General Procurement Notice for Procurement, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Equipment for the following Schools School of Engineering, Science Ans Environmental Studies Bid will be evaluated based on criteria, which include but not limited to: a.Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) b.Valid Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years: 2017, 2018 2019, c.Evidence of current compliance with PENCOM d.Evidence of current compliance with ITF contribution. e.Evidence of current compliance with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) f.Evidence of registration on the National Database of contractors, consultants and service provider by BPP or evidence of compliance with IRR. g.A current Sworn Affidavit. h.Company profile with list of stall, including CV-s of competencies, qualification and experienced key personnel i.Evidence of similar and verifiable project successfully executed by your company in the past five (5) years, including scope of project, location of projects, contract sum and letter of award and certificate of completion. j.Bank reference k.2017 2018 and 2019 Audited Accounts of the Company Document submitted shall be due diligence without recourse to bidder Interested and eligible contractors, suppliers and vendors are advised to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the project in the Federal Tender Journal, National Dailies and Notice Boards 6.The Polytechnic reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 26 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding this procurement without incurring any liability to the bidders.
