- Tenders are invited for Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Equipment for the Entrepreneurship Centre Funded by the Years 2018-2019-2020 (Merged) Tertiary Education Trust Fund Entrepreneurship Intervention SCOPE OF SERVICE The scope of service consists of the following: A. Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Equipment B. Sachet Water Machine C. Reversed Osmosis D. Stainless Pumping Machine E. G.P Tank 3000ltrs F. Construction of tank stand G. Ozone machine H. R O Membrane I. Pair of Stainless Treatment Cylinder COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the procurement office upon evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee (bank draft) of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) at the Bursary Department of the University. The drafts should be made payable to the Niger Delta university, Wilberforce Island. 5. SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit in two (20 hard copies each of the TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL in sealed and clearly marked as “TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL” with the name, telephone number, mailing address of the bidding entity and addressed to: THE REGISTRAR, NIGER DELTA UNIVERSITY, WILBERFORCE ISLAND, BEYELSA STATE Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder boldly written at the centre and delivered to the address indicated above not later than 12:00 noon Tuesday, 9th August 2022. Late submission shall be returned un-opened. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Tuesday, 9th August, 2022, in the Vice-Chancellor-s Conference Room, Niger Delta University. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid submission register in the Registrar-s Office, as the University will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
