Expression of Interest must be delivered with Financial Bid and Technical Bid separated and clearly marked on a sealed envelope. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes are put in a bigger envelope marked with the appropriate project name and Lot Number to the address written below (in person or by postal mail) on or before 31 December 2021.
