This Advertisement is NOT an Invitation to Tender 3. Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to: Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Company-s Audited Accounts for 3 years, Compliance Certificate from Pension Commission (PENCOM), Compliance Certificate from Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Compliance Certificate from Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSTIF), Evidence of Financial Capability, Interim Registration Report (IRR). Documents submitted may be subjected to due diligence without recourse to bidders. 4.
