• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Procurement of Exhausted, and Expired Chemicals and Reactors Eligibility: • Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC 1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7; • Evidence of Company-s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) Years valid till 31 December, 2022; • Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2022; • Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2022; • Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2022; • Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultant-s and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 30/06/2022 or valid Certificate issued by BPP. • Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure or the Bureau of Public Procurement Is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; • Company-s Audited Account for the last Three (3) years - 2019, 2020, 2021; • Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; • Company-s profile with the Curriculum Vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications; • Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, VaIuation/Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects; • List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease (where applicable); • For supply of Equipment: Letter of Authorisation as representative of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); • Lots(A1-J1): Evidence of Firm-s registration with relevant professional bodies such as COREN, CORBON, QSRBN, ARCON etc.; • For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV partner). • All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the Company/Firm-s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm. Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Director of Procurement, Room 15, Procurement Department, National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure, Idu Industrial Area, Abuja and The Offices of the Managing Directors/Chief Executive of NASENI Institutes during working days (10am - 3pm) on presentation of evidence of payment of non- refundable tender fee of N 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira Only) per Lot made payable to NASENI-s TSA and that of the various Institutes account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. Firms interested in Lots (A1-J1) will not pay at this stage until after shortlisting. Note: (a) Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidder. (b) Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened. (c) Bidders should not bid for more than two (2) Lots. (d) All costs will be borne by the bidders. (e) NASENI and its Institutes reserves the right to verify claims made by any bidder. (f) Submission of bids through email or fax will not be accepted. (g) The Award soft he projects listed above is subject to budgetary re I eases from the treasury under the FY 2022 Appropriation. (h) NASENI and Its Institutes are not bound to prequalify/shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the PubIic Procurement Act 2007.
