Tenders are invited for Procurement of Equipment for 2023 Senior Arabic and Islamic Secondary School Certificate Examination COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A, B & C) Interested and competent bidders should collect Standard Bidding Documents from the office of the Director of procurement, Administrative Block, National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies (NBAIS) Headquarters, KM 5, Kaduna -Zaria expressway, Ringachikun Kaduna on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 per lot, paid into the National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies (NBAIS)remita account in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A, B & C) Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Registrar, , National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies (NBAIS) and clearly marked with the Lot bided for. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender Box at the office of the Director of Procurement, National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies (NBAIS) not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 3rd April, 2023.
