• Tenders are invited for Procurement of Domestic Water Meters, Bulk Meters and Test Bench for Ogun State Water Corporation Under Organizational Technical Assistance Project. Invitation for Bids for the Procurement of Domestic Water Meters, Bulk Meters and Test Bench for Ogun State Water Corporation Under Organizational Technical Assistance Project 1. The Ogun State Water Corporation has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of Ogun Urban Water Supply Project). It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Domestic Water Meters, Bulk Meters and Test Bench for The Ogun State Water Corporation Under Organizational Technical Assistance Project. 2. 2ML Consulting Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Domestic Water Meters, Bulk Meters and Test Bench (“the Goods”) for Ogun State Water Corporation Under Organizational Technical Assistance Project. 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of: Engr. The soft copy of the Bidding Documents may be collected free by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above e-mail. 5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement-s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods. 6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12:00 noon on 2nd November, 2020 and must be accompanied by bid security in the sum not less than of 2 % of the bidder-s total bid price. 7. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 noon on 2nd November, 2020 at the Boardroom Abeokuta Business Unit, Opposite Central Bank, Ogun State Water Corporation, Oke-ilewo, Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in clause 6 above in Naira or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. 8. Qualification criteria are as follows: • Evidence of previous supply (sale) of similar Equipment proposed in the last 5 years. • Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and adequate working capital. • Evidence of Manufacturer-s authorization. • Evidence of VAT registration. A margin of preference for eligible national contractors shall not apply. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
