The method of payment will be Draft or Bank teller. The Bidding Document will be collected by hand. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12:00 Noon on Wednesday 23rd February 2022 and must be accompanied by a security of not less than 3% of Bid price. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend on Wednesday 23rd February 2022 by 12:00 noon, at the Kogi State Agro Processing Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Support Project (APPEALS) Project.
