Tenders are invited for Procurement of Broadcast & Communication Equipment COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the office of the Director of Procurement Kaduna Polytechnic, Room, First Floor at the Centre of Excellence Solid Mineral Building in the Main Campus, Tudun Wada, Kaduna, on payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000 into the Federal Polytechnic, Kaduna-s TSA in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS 5.1 prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, package separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical” or Financial Bid” 5.2 Thereafter put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic Kaduna and clearly stated with the title of the Project and Lot Number. 5.3 Furthermore the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name, phone number, and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box situated in the Procurement Department not later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 2nd February 2022. Kindly remember to Sign the Bid Submission Registrar at the Point of Submission. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS 6.1 The Technical bid will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 2nd February, 2022 in the Council-s Chamber, Federal Polytechnic Kaduna. 6.2 Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the Office of the Secretary of the Director of Procurement Room 1 Ground Floor in the Centre of Excellence Solid Mineral, Main Campus, Tudun Wada as the Kaduna Polytechnic will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bid.
