- Expression of Interest are invited for Procurement and Installation of Smart Screens for Data Analytics Presentation COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A & B) Tender documents for Goods and Non-Consultancy are obtainable from Procurement Department, 4 Floor, National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Headquarters Building, Utako, during working days on presentation of the original copy of Receipt issued by Finance and Account Department of NHIA as evidence of payment of the Ten thousand (N10, 000.00) non-refundable tender fee per Lot 6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A & B) Prospective bidders are to submit bids for each of the lots desired, two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial bids packaged in Two(2) separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” respectively and both enclosed in a third sealed envelope. All the three (3nos) envelopes should bear the “Project Name” and at Top Right Hand Corner of the Envelopes and addressed to: The General Manager, Procurement Department National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Plot 297, POW Mafemi Crescent Utako District, Abuja, Company-s Name, Address and phone number of the company-s representative should also be written on the reverse side of the envelope. Clearly labeled documents should be deposited in the Tender Boxes on the 4″ Floor, NHIA Headquarters, Utako-Abuja not later than 12:00 noon Tuesday, 20th September, 2022. OPENING OF EOI AND TECHNICAL BIDS The EOIs and the Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadlines for submission at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 6th September, 2022 and 12:00 noon Tuesday, 20th September, 2022, respectively, at NHIA Headquarters, Premises, Utako-Abuja All Bidders and/or their representatives, Relevant Professional Bodies and non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are invited to witness the public opening exercise accordingly
