Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of PBX Phone System 1. One (1) unit of private branch exchange (PBX) phone system (an equivalent of 3CX on premise phone system) with the following features: • Video conferencing with 50-100 participants • Call forwarding • Call management • Unlimited numbers of extension • One-year professional license 2. Fifty (50) units of Internet Protocol (IP) phone (an equivalent of Fanvil V64) with the following features: • 3.5” color LCD Screen • Supports audio codec G.722 and Opus, HD audio on speakerphone and handset • Supports 6-party local conference • Available to link with security products, can be easily customized into various security solutions • Built in 2.4GHz/5G WIFI and Bluetooth 5.0 enabling more flexible connectivity • Dual Gigabit ports, integrated PoE • Two installation methods of desktop stand and wall mountable 3. Fifty (50) units of internet protocol (IIP) phones (an equivalent of Fanvil V65) with the following features: • Antibacterial materials of the handset and keypad surface effectively inhibit more than 99.5% of bacteria growth. • 4,3 adjustable screen (0 to 40) for different lighting environments • Be able to receive video calls with video codec H. 264 • Available to link with security products, can be easily customized into various security solutions • Supports audio codec G.722 and Opus, HD audio on speaker phone and handset • Supports 6-party local conferencing • Built-in2.4GHz/5G wifi and Bluetooth 5.0, enabling more flexible connectivity • Two installation method of desktop stand and wall mountable The closing date for the final quote submission of bids is at 4pm WAT on 6th April, 2023
