Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of Gymnasium Equipment at NCAA HQS, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are lo sign and collect bidding documents from the office of: Head of Procurement, Procurement Department, Corporate Headquarters, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, FCT, Abuja. between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday upon payment of non-refundable tender fees of N10,000.00 per Lot through NCAA Remita Account No. 0020531761015/ NUBAN No. 3000054795 and presentation of NCAA official payment receipt obtained from the Directorate of Finance and Accounts NCAA Corporate Headquarters, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) Abuja. 5. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Technical and Financial Bids are to be submitted in two (2) hard copies A4 paper size and neatly bound. Technical bids shall be arranged in the order listed under eligibility requirements and clearly separated by dividers. Soft copies of the financial bids should also be submitted in a flash drive in MS Excel. Technical and Financial Bids must be sealed in two separate envelopes with inscription of the project name and Lot No. The bidder-s company name must be clearly written at the top left corner of the envelopes, All bidding documents must be clearly addressed to: The Secretary Tenders Board, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, Corporate Headquarters, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, FCT, Abuja. and submitted/deposited in the tender box provided at Ground Floor, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority Corporate Headquarters, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, FCT, Abuja, between 10am-4pm daily, not later than 12.00 noon on Monday, 24th October, 2022. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 24th October, 2022, at the Conference Hall, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority.
