Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of CT-Scan 64 Slides COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS All standard Bidding Documents are to be collected from the Assistant Director of Procurement (ADP), Procurement Unit of Alex Ekwueme Federal University Hospital Abakaliki, (AEFUTHA) Ebonyi State at the 1st floor, Admin Block, AEFUTHA 1 on evidence of payment of a non-refundable Tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only per lot issued in favour of AEFUTHA, Ebonyi state Remita-s account in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. All bidders must fill the Bid Collection register after the collection of the bidding document. 5. SUBMISSION OF BIDS DOCUMENTS a. All respondents should submit two (2) hardcopies each of the Technical and Financial bids with soft copy of financial bids only in MS Excel format packaged separately in two sealed envelopes clearly labeled “TECHNICAL”, “FINANCIAL” marked with the company Name, Address and Lot numbers of projects bidded for b. All bidders must fill the bid submission register while submitting their Technical and Financial Tenders in the Tender-s box in the CMD-s OFFICE at the last floor, Hospital Complex AEFUTHA 1. c. All documents should be addressed to: CHIEF MEDICAL DIRECTOR, ALEX EKWUEME FEDERAL UNIVERISTY TEACHING HOSPITAL, (AEFUTHA) ABAKALIKI, EBONYO STATE, and submitted not later than 12:00 noon , Wednesday, 13th July, 2022. 6. CLOSING/OPENING DATE AND TIME i. Only Technical bids received will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, 13th July, 2022, at the co-operative Hall, AEFUTHA 1, in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened ii. In line with section 19(b) (i) & (ii) of the PPA 2007, all bidders or their representatives, relevant professional bodies and Non-Governmental Organizations, (NGOs) are invited to witness the opening exercise accordingly
