Expression of Interest are invited for Procurement and Installation of 53nos Auto Reclosers at Major Tee-Offs (33kv Feeders) without Breakers and on Lengthy 33kv Feeders. Mandatory documents for qualifying for the consideration: - 1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission. 2. Certified true copies of Memorandum and Article of Association. 3. Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years (2018, 2019 and 2020), as at when due. 4. Certificate of Compliance issued by the National Pension Commission as evidence of fulfilling employer-s obligation to employees with respect to pensions. 5. Evidence of payment of training contributions to ITF (Industrial Training Fund). 6. Audited Accounts for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020). 7. Company profile showing nature of business, plants and equipment, personnel, product profiles, Health and Safety Policy. 8. Reference letter from not less than three clients.
