Expression of Interest are invited for Procurement and Installation of All in One Street Lightsat Unth Ituku-Ozalla, Enugu. Phase 2 Collection of Tender Documents (Category A&B) Interested Bidders on Presentation of an Evidence of Payment of a Non Refundable Tender Fee of Ten Thousand Naira (n10,000) Per Lot, Paid into the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital-S Remita E-Collection Account in Any Reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, shall Collect Standard Bidding Documents during Working Hours at the Office of the Head, Procurement Department, Unth, Ituku-Ozalla Note that Consultants/Service Providers Interested in Category C-Expression of Interest (Eoi) are not Required to Pay for Bidding Documents except when/after being Shortlisted for Request for Proposal (Rfp). All Terms and Conditions in the Collected Bid Documents shall be Strictly Adhered to Please. 5. Submission of Tender Documents Category a & B: Invitation to Tender (Works and Goods) Interested Bidders are to Submit Their Bids for each of the Lots Desired, Two (2nos) Hard Copies (One Original and One Photocopy) for each of the Technical and Financial Bids, then Package Them Separately in Sealed Bag Envelopes Clearly Marked Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid, Also Enclose a Soft Copy of the Financial Bid Prepared in Ms Excel Format. Thereafter Put the Two (2) Sealed Bag Envelopes and the Soft Copy of Financial Bid Together in a Bigger Sealed Envelope with the Project Name and Lot Number of Interest Clearly Written on the Top Right-Hand Corner, Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelopes shall be written the names and addresses of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender box at the office of the Head, Procurement Department, not later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 18th, October, 2022.
