Prequalifications are invited for Procurement of Aeronautical Map Chart Softwareand Accessories SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS • To qualify for consideration, interested companies/Consultants are required to submit four (4) copies of the above-listed documents in A4 paper size and neatly bound in 4 sealed envelope marked “NAMA IGR (CAPITAL) 2021” (state project title), Lot (state lot number), at the centre. The document should be arranged in the order listed under the Eligibility Requirements and clearly separated by dividers • All documents to be addressed to The Managing Director/CE, Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, Headquarters Annex, Murtala Mohammed Airport, Ikeja-Lagos • All documents should be submitted not later than 10 am on Friday, 20th August, 2021 to the office of: General Manager (Procurement), Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) Headquarters Annex, Murtala Mohammed Airport, Ikeja-Lagos OPENING OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The pre-qualification documents and Expression of Interest shall be opened immediately after the submissions at 10:00amon Friday, 20th August, 2021, at the NAMAHeadquarters Annex Conference Room, Lagos.
